  1. Document setup and Imaging
  • Set up all loans files including ordering appraisal, flood cert, HPML, tax transcript, title binder, insurance, loan pay off, LDP/GSA, AVM, FHA Case numbers and VA.
  • Index all documents uploaded to Loan Files. Index all documents as assigned. These include initial disclosure documents, processing documents; and retail, wholesale, and correspondent closing documents.
  • Ensure all files are indexed prior to going to the Investors
  • Other Special Projects and Tasks as determined by management
  • Monthly and weekly reporting as required

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, and Power Point. Demonstrated proficiency with Jack Henry software programs is required.
  • Must have knowledge of the lending regulations related to mortgages (i.e. HMDA, Reg B, Reg C, Reg Z, etc.)
  • Proven communication skills.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented.
